Servo motors offer accurate torque control without wear parts or constant maintenance. In-process control is provided by the servo's precise torque control, feedback, and diagnositic capabilities. Capping torque accuracy will be +/-1 inch-lb, or better, across a range of 5 to 30 or 15 to 100 in-lbs. Real time in-process monitoring allows for 100% verification of the application torque and provides statistical data for production management.
